Fernando Alonso is attempting to win motor sports 'triple crown' ( Monaco F1, 24 Hour Le Mans and the Indy500). Having won the F1 GP at Monaco in 2006 and 2007, he accomplished the second stage by winning the 2018 Le Mans 24 Hour race for Toyota with team mates Nakajima and Buemi. Only victory at the iconic Indy 500 is required to win the 'triple crown' and emulate the long standing record of Graham Hill.
